Due to health reasons, we are not allowed to exchange nor accept returns on any
of our intimate apparel items (lingerie & hosiery) so please select these
items carefully.
Due to the nature of the Halloween season, we are unable to accept costumes for returns during the months of October and November.
For outwears that are unopened, we will accept returns for credit/refunds within 14 days of purchase. The merchandise must be in new condition, with all
tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please include a copy of the
invoice in the package.

What about Shipping Method/Charges?
The customer is responsible for shipping. We do not
refund shipping charges. No credit is given for lost return packages and
nonreturnable items returned to us will not be shipped back to the sender nor
credited to their account. We do strongly recommend that you use a shipper with
a traceable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for damaged or lost
return packages.
How much of a refund
will I receive?
Returns without exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds
are for the item only; we do not refund shipping charges. Order cancellation
also results in a 15% restocking fee. We will refund your item based on method
of purchase.
What about Undeliverable
or Refused Shipments?
These shipments will be treated as unauthorized returns and are
subject to a 15% restocking fee.
How long before I receive my refund?
After we receive your package and inspect the items, you will
receive an email confirming credit total. Most refunds will be issued between
10 – 15 business days. Please allow adequate time for your banking institution
to process the credit.
